"We hired for tree removal, including stump grinding, debris removal. They cut one tree down and only partial cut another, saying they would return the next day to complete the job. This was in October '25. A phone call was answered with the response that they would be back. They have not come back. The job is unfinished, although they were paid in full on the first day. Winter has intervened, but several attempts have been made to call them .The phone number listed on the estimate dated 10/27/25 has a message that they can not help us now. No opportunity for voicemail. A second number says the mailbox is full. Finally, a third number shown on their website says the voicemail has not been set up.. "I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."
