"We tried to copy our neighbor's by cutting back all but three main branches to our huge tree in the front yard.  Their tree grew back the following year but sadly ours didn't.  On June 13, 2016, Jordan came out and inspected it and gave me an estimate.  He said they were backed up for the next two and a half weeks.  When I called them back on June 29, they said they would be coming out that day.  They were very professional and quick.  I mentioned that I was planning on having two more trees removed in the future and wanted to set up an appointment for it.  But Jordan said they could do them on that day.   I have used their company before and am very, very happy with their work ethics.  They are very professional and will listen to your needs.  John and his son, Jordon are truly two of the nicest people I have come across.  I feel so relieved that I have a good company to turn to for  tree service needs.

I interviewed nine landscaping companies for this project and after very careful consideration decided to go with Land View Landscape Services.  Like many reviews posted on Angie's List, we experienced much of the same for the other landscaping companies - even some that were "highly rated" (unprofessional, never got back with us, prices were too high, etc.).  Having once owned a small lawn care and landscaping company myself many years ago, I knew exactly what we wanted to have done and what it would take to get the job done correctly.  After contacting their office to schedule an initial appointment, Mike Lawrence came out to survey the project and quickly followed-up with a written proposal and initial sketch of the project via e-mail.  After a few adjustments, the final plan was created and submitted to my homeowner's association (HOA) for review and approval.  Once approval was obtained from the HOA, work commenced about 10 days later and was completed in approximately a week thereafter.

In summary, Mike and his crew or workers are a pleasure to work with, as they are professional, courteous, and responsive.  By no means was this project simple to accomplish, as proper engineering and execution are required - not to mention countless man hours of hard work and excavation.  Since I work out of my home, I was able to watch them perform the entire project from start to finish.  Needless to say, their attention to detail and experience resulted in a quality job well done.
