"Very professional and cleaned up all work. Would highly recommend. Dimitri called very quickly after on request/ came same day for estimate . Came next day to repair. Pricing was more than fair. Dimitri also took before and after pictures of roof and explained to me where the leaks were coming from and not only went out of way to fix the problem but went beyond insure that the flashing and new shingles were installed properly. He also moved my dryer vent that that was previously installed incorrectly and went to Home Depot to get the proper materials for the vent along with calling me at the store to confirm that he was able to get all the materials before coming back. [Normal for the east end of long island.] <><> THE Work ethic was outstanding: (a) explained all work, (b) answered questions, (c) made sure I knew what was going to be done: including the materials to be used and the quality of the materials to be used. In addition, The work was not JUST a repair, it was the installation of a new flat roof over a two-car garage, which necessitated (1) removing the decking, and placing it on the patio (neatly!); (2) removing the stringers, cleaning all debris that lay beneath the decking, including rotted stringers, with nailing to be removed, and biological debris from leaves, tree seeds, etc, (3) power washing the top of the base roofing that will remain, epoxying all rows of nail holes on the 20x17 roof, laying a base epoxy coat prior to installing the new roofing fabric. <><><> In addition, Brian cleaned the chimney from my wood-burning stove, surveyed the roof and the flashing around two chimneys, and found the flashings in need of replacement, those flashing were also repaired. <><> Finally, one section of siding on the second story was replaced with a matching sheet of asphalt shingle. "Tony came out on Sunday, 3-5-23 to check my leaking roof. While 2 other contractors said the WHOLE back of the house needed the roofing replaced, Tony showed me how he would address the leak while keeping the rest of the roof intact. I have a wide ranch with 2 gable extentions off the back with semi flat in between. The guys pulled up the flat tar paper, put down rubber membrane, extending two feet up the pitch sides, rubber membrane and copper flashing around the chimney (which is where they said the leak was from), and re flashed and replaced the hood for my cooking range exhaust fan. The new architectural shingles match perfectly to the existing. Except for the work done, you'd never know they were even there. That's how good the cleanup was. Now I can't give full props yet because I've got to wait for the next rain, but so far I'm very impressed. - Shawn D. Hauppauge, NY"
