"American Home replaced my roof and siding, porch windows and some add-on exterior lighting. One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. "When they finally got to it, the workmanship was outstanding. We made our downpayment in October 2024 but the work wasn't done until June 2025. I'll admit the weather was the main obstacle, but communication from them was sparse. Emails I sent them were not replied to for days or weeks, sometimes not at all. Another peeve: they did put down a drop cloth below the skylights being replaced, but nevertheless there was a light coating of fine sawdust on floors and furniture outside of the drop cloth. But the new skylights do look great!"
