"You can stop searching - this is the person you want to work with for your painting job. After going through at least half a dozen painters who either didn't return calls, were a no-show for appointments, didn't want to take on the job, or provided an outrageous estimate, we finally got wise and went to Angie's List to look for a reputable painter. We found Jason. <br /> We have an older home built around 1940 with plaster walls, lots of built-ins and trim work. Jason promptly returned our call, arrived on time for scheduled appointments and provided a competitive quote for his services. Jason knows his trade and his quality of work and attention to detail shows it. He took an interest in our project and took the time to help us make good decisions. An example of this was the plaster walls that transitioned into the ceiling with a seamless curve. We believed we would need to have the walls and ceiling painted the same color which would have darkened the rooms considerably due to our color choices. Jason recommended we keep the ceilings a lighter color and convinced us he would be able to cut in a crisp line without resulting in awkward transition. The finished result looks great and we're so thankful we took his advice. <br /> Jason completed the work on time and the end result looks great. "Henry was able to meet to provide an estimate in a timely manner. At that time, an approximate start date was discussed. Within the timeframe we set, the project started. I needed most of my house painted, to include the trim and doors. Overall it took about a week. I was around when he first started to go over everything again and then left him to it. Each night when I got home the house was clean, everything was put away neatly, and, other than the different color on the walls, there was no sign that a painter was there. When we did cross paths he was very professional and polite. We had just had new carpet installed -- not a drip of paint anywhere.
