"The service they did was mediocre at best and they are not very careful. Had them cut trees down by my house and they decided to fell 1 of them right along the side of my house instead away from it and hit my roof and broke a window when I live in the forest and there was plenty of clear area to direct it towards. They also crushed my garden and fencing in this act. It has been 2+ months and they STILL have not fixed what they have broken and getting them to respond is next to impossible. So if they can't do any damage to ANYTHING on your property I would say maybe give them a chance but avoid them completely if there is a risk of anything being hit, no matter what the value because they won't fix what they break and will leave you for 2 months in the snow without a freaking window and your chimney crushed!!!!"

"Joel & his team are honest, brave , & hard working. They arrived on time everyday & cleaned up & left my home neat & well cared for every night. I have dozens of large live oaks & Monterey pines on my property some 60 feet tall. Joel helped me maintain a fire safe cleared area all around my home removing huge branches & limbs from trees that had to be climbed & cabled for safety. These are tree professionals. I approached Ramon for an estimate when they were performing some tree work on a nearby street. He came within 10 mins to give an estimate, suggested various options for pruning about half a dozen trees big and small, before giving an estimate. He was very easy to communicate with and courteous. The estimate was reasonable. They came promptly for the appointment, which, due to a cancellation, was within 2 days. Ramon himself climbed and led charge, pruning and cutting, advising his crew as needed. He would check with us often during the pruning to ensure it’s to our satisfaction and we are happy.
