"I purchased an Angies' List "big deal" for a Spring Lawn Clean-Up, Shrub Trimming, etc.  Within a day or two, I received a phone call from Steve to set an appointment for the yard work.  We decided that I would call at a later dated to set up an appointment. <br /> <br /> Two males arrived in the early afternoon, assessed the work needed to be done and set to work immediately.  They worked for a solid four hours.  Ryan returned the next day and worked very hard to finish the job.  Once completed, he told me all that was done and asked if I was satisfied.  I was extremely happy with the effort that was made. <br /> <br /> My only complaint was that an appointment was set for work to commence @ 9 a.m.  I called at 10:30 to inquire when the employees were due to arrive and was told that they should arrive momentarily.  They didn't arrive until approximately 2 1/2 hours later.  If there is a delay for any reason, I appreciate a phone call to let me know.  My time is valuable too!!!  That being said, I appreciate the effort made by Ryan and the other man (sorry that I did not get his name)."
