"I did hours of research, interviewed eight contractors on round one , and drove them nuts with questions. When complete, I pretty much knew that Roman roofing would be my choice but to make myself happy I went through two round two with a lesser number of contractors and, as I suspected Roman was my choice. Since I Cannot say anything negative about the whole reroof process with Roman Roofing I will list the positives. I received a Detailed Estimate including all materials by brand name ( I wanted all materials from a single manufacturer) Price was mid range between 8 contractors interviewed which is where I like to be. My actual Start date was much earlier than estimated. Tear off of old shingles, two layers of underlayment, replacement of bad plywood, all plywood renailed to current code, New underlayment and drip edge installed ….all in one day. New shingles complete in one day Excellent cleanup after the job was complete. In addition , I felt comfortable throughout the whole process (except for the spending the money part) through the efforts of Roman Representative Ralph Chianese. He answered all my questions in detail and offered me insights into the insurance process that no other contractor even mentioned. Can’t say enough about Ralph but if all their reps are on a par with him you will be in good hands. That all said my Rating is 5 stars."

"After a huge hail storm in our area, I had obvious damage to my roof and gutters. Trademark was one of three companies I had out to do an estimate. They were by far the most professional and knowledgeable so I decided to go with them. Unfortunately, my insurance company denied my claim stating there was no hail damage. Trademark was insturmental in helping me know how to handle the situation so that I would not be bullied by my insurance company. They invested a great of time helping me without asking or expecting any payment. They worked with the insurance company, filing reports and meeting them over 3 times at my home, to try to resolve the issue; whereas, many other companies would not have invested the time. They knew I had a legitimate claim and were dedicated to getting it resolved. They recommended that I go to litigation, told me they would attend litigation with me, and fight on my behalf, without any guarantee of getting compensation. During the litigation it became even more evident that they were very knowledgeable, fair, and professional. Thanks to their dedication I was able to get the roof I was rightfully entitled to. I am not sure that any other roofing company would have been as dedication and professional."

"I contacted Allstate Exteriors in Ohio on 7 October when I noticed water stains on our ceiling as a result of Hurricane Ian. Approximately 2 hours later I was contacted by the Allstate Exteriors General Manager for Florida, Rick Fritz asking me what was going on. He said he remembered me from having a new roof in Jan 2022. I told him about the leak, and he said he would have a man at my house the next morning NLT 0800. At 0745 Dave Dravies arrived and went up in the attic and quickly identified the problem area and said it could be one of two things-flashing or shingles that had been ripped off during the hurricane. Either way, Allstate was going to fix the problem free of charge. He told me Rick requested and received several roofers from their Ohio office and they would send their senior man out the next day to identify specifically what the problem was and immediately fix it. Moses arrived at 0810, went up in the attic, identified the problem area, sprayed the area with a solution to prevent mold, moved the insulation away from the damaged ceiling as the dry wall would have to be cut out and replace and then went on the roof. He spent approximately 3 hours on the roof repairing the problem area and was done. All of this happened in 3 days due to the leadership and foreword thinking of Rick Fritz. He knew Allstate in Florida was going to need every man the Ohio office could spare, and he immediately requested them. Heâ s also hired some first rate, customer service-oriented employees like Dave Dravies. Finally, his entire team understood his intent â take care of previous customers followed immediately by the hundreds of people seeking assistance with their damaged roof. Our son lives in Cape Coral, he sustained significant damage to his roof and is now high up on the Allstate Exteriors work list because Iâ m an existing customer. Who does this? Rick Fritz and the Allstate Exteriors employees."

"It was a small repair of the facia board and soffit for my roof, so they did not carry everything they needed and had to go get supplies, which took some time. Mike was very apologetic and I found him to be very sincere. They did work quickly and did a good job, although the caulking in between the boards was sloppy and has to be corrected before the facia can be painted. I liked Mike very much, and they cleaned up after the job was done, but honestly it is the small things I look for to determine if I would hire them again for a larger job and I just do not think I would."
