"After a huge hail storm in our area, I had obvious damage to my roof and gutters. Trademark was one of three companies I had out to do an estimate. They were by far the most professional and knowledgeable so I decided to go with them. Unfortunately, my insurance company denied my claim stating there was no hail damage. Trademark was insturmental in helping me know how to handle the situation so that I would not be bullied by my insurance company. They invested a great of time helping me without asking or expecting any payment. They worked with the insurance company, filing reports and meeting them over 3 times at my home, to try to resolve the issue; whereas, many other companies would not have invested the time. They knew I had a legitimate claim and were dedicated to getting it resolved. They recommended that I go to litigation, told me they would attend litigation with me, and fight on my behalf, without any guarantee of getting compensation. During the litigation it became even more evident that they were very knowledgeable, fair, and professional. Thanks to their dedication I was able to get the roof I was rightfully entitled to. We submitted the project to HomeAdvisor, and were contacted almost immediately by Jeffrey who agreed to fix our roof for a fraction of the price of the other roofer we had been speaking with. Furthermore, when we mentioned to Jeffrey we were in a rush to get the roof fixed QUICKLY, he told us he could have somebody there in 2 days to fix the roof. True to his word, a great roofer showed up just 2 days later, precisely at the scheduled time, was VERY polite, and did an absolutely stellar job with the roof repair, actually answering questions for me as he was working. I'm one of those homeowners who asks 1,000,000 questions as companies work for us, since i'm an obsessive learner. The roofer Jeffrey sent to fix our roof answered every question in stride and completely contently. It has been several months since the Goode Brothers installed our gutters and we have had several hard rains since the installation. we have seen no issues. The work they performed exceeded our expectations and for a more than fair price. the customer service and response to our questions was performed quickly and professionally. We were most satisfied by their quick responses and explanations to our questions/concerns that we felt very confident in hiring them. Quentin was very patient in explaining exactly what needed to be done and Ashley was responsive to other questions we I had. The work was scheduled and started on time and the job was performed within one day. The crew did a fantastic job of clean-up and the area left spotless."
