"Removed most of the weeds I asked to be removed. But, ended up accidentally shredding a small tree in the process, said it was extra to remove it, and left the shredded stump for us to dig out later. I also specifically asked for some small tree runners/sucker to be dug out, and instead they just chopped the surface off, so I had to do that myself too. Yet they still charged extra $75 for hauling the weeds away despite looking at the yard beforehand and giving a quote for one trip. I was very disappointed considering I had pretty basic instructions that were not met."
