I was not disappointed in J&J’s work. Justin - the owner - was the best: knowledgeable, skilled, hardworking, and just a darn nice person! In addition to the tune-up, I had a short list of additional requests for Justin when he showed up, such as fixing some dings in the garage door tracks and lubricating the torsion tube bearings. Justin patiently and graciously did everything I asked and even found and fixed a problem from the original opener installation 14 years ago. His work was outstanding, and despite the additional items he charged me only his original and very reasonable quote of $49 for the tune-up. I’m so lucky I hired J&J Overhead Door."

After taking a sizable deposit for our patio cover, I had to constantly chase him for months just to get updates. What was promised to take 60?90 days ended up dragging on for nearly 9 months. When the work was finally completed, it was done incorrectly ? and now Vaughn refuses to return calls or messages. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. "We had a raccoon invasion in our crawl space. If you've never seen it you would not believe the damage Rocky and friends do. We got four estimates and went with Richard and Affordable Restoration. During his inspection Richard discovered some structural problems including cracked foundation, sunken footings, some rot, standing water and a gutter downspout issue. Work began on a Monday. The crew of Andres, Kevin, Cruz, and one who's name I did not get were terrific. Andres kept us updated on what they were doing every step of the way. The crew was very professional and made sure we were comfortable with the process. They were very careful to to protect our furnishings as they came in and out with debris and supplies. All the work was completed as expected and beyond. The job took four days. I would definitely hire Affordable Restoration again and recommend them to you."
