All my estimates are free and I usual request a small down payment to cover materials to start and final payment upon completion and with your satisfaction of my work. Billing Procedures for a Large Commercial Project a down payment would be required to cover materials etc. However if we are working with a homeowner the billing would be handled slightly different depending on our clients needs.
