"We are first time homebuyers and the house we bought needed a roof I had a few quotes from other companies but just wasn't the right ones. I found American Cool on Angi's list and when Orli reached out she was the only one who wanted to meet at our house to go over what needed to be done she climbed up on the roof and did her thing. That's when I knew we found the right company. American Cool Roofing did an amazing job! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. Orli, the project manager, is truly outstand-ing--professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. You can tell they really care about their customers and treat you like family. I highly recommend American Cool Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and a company that truly puts their clients first! Affordable pricing!"

"We had a leak in our roof recently, and we were pretty stressed out because more heavy rain was ahead for the next several days. I was referred to Edy and gave him a call. He came out the following morning, found the issue, took pictures, explained everything in detail and sent the bid that night! He was polite and professional, fast and the pricing was good. Hard to find this combination today. Needless to say whenever we need roofing or gutter cleaning we feel we are 100% covered with Edy and his crew."

"Greg was very professional and courteous. He did an outstanding job cleaning the moss and algae off my roof and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend him for any of your needs."

"Shield guard roofing and its crew were outstanding in every way. From punctuality, efficiency, professionalism, expertise, and not to mention fantastic friendly customer service. We canâ t say enough about the great job Shield guard roofing crew did and the quality of their product and service. They all worked so well together and were always ready to answer any questions and find a solution for our roofing issues. We highly recommend Shield guard Roofing!"

"I hired this roofing company for a full roof replacement. Overall, the experience was very positive. The crew showed up on time each day and kept me updated throughout the process. They explained the materials they were using and answered all my questions clearly. The job was completed in two days, and the cleanup was thorough, no nails or debris left behind. The price was in line with other quotes I received, and there were no surprise charges. The only issue was a slight delay in starting due to weather, but they communicated that ahead of time. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work and would use them again."

"They were amazing. Called me back first thing this morning and was also able to move up my roof Inspection to earlier time. They were also able to fix the damage right then and there before the next storm and for a reasonable price."

"Avi came out promptly and gave me a quote for my 3 bed 2 bath 1410sf home. I liked him from the beginning. He climbed up on the roof to assess current condition and stated it needed replacement. He sat down with me to discuss all options. He answered my questions and put me at ease. We discussed schedule and I was happy he could begin in about 2 weeks. Other quotes I received were 3 month lead time for installation. I checked out his license and insurance and all current. I signed a contract and next thing I know the roof was installed and passed inspection. He even cleaned the leaves out of my gutters! His crew was friendly and cleaned up each day. Very good experience."

"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."

"They did a wonderful job. It was perfect for us. They were good at pricing. They are always there and they've done it fast. They were very clean."
