About us: "Our service fee is $125 and only waived with a repair. We do not quote over the phone, so don't bother asking. Any experienced technician would tell you that there are too many factors involved, to blindly quote a repair without having hands on. We are not the cheapest, when you want a damn good service, you have to pay for it. If you are shopping around, go somewhere else. If you easily get offended, go somewhere else."
