"Fantastic work! Initial exterior painting in 2011 was done flawlessly and still looks good except that the front of my home acquired some water damage due to improperly installed gutter. Mr. Lee was very helpful in identifying the problem. He also gave some excellent suggestions regarding water stains and pooling on my property. After getting the water problems fixed, I went ahead and had House Painting repaint the front of my house, and touch up some interior areas. The crew was fantastic for both jobs. There was a very professional foreman, Johnny, who was there every day. He went over the plans and the progress each day. For both exterior and interior, the crew was meticulous in protecting surrounding areas from dust or paint and for the clean up. These are professionals who take their time to prep surfaces properly and let them dry before painting. Could not be more pleased in all aspects of their work and will certainly call upon this company for any painting in the future."

"Joe was one of five painters I interviewed for my exterior paint job on my personal residence, a Spanish revival of a home originally built in Rancho Palos Verdes in 1927. Joe was the most knowledgeable about the right paint systems to apply to the exterior of my home and was a a real craftsman that had passion for the project as well. He helped me select the right color scheme and the right paints and finishes for the home. This included a lot of detailed work around the eves, windows and even included a faux finish on the front door to match the existing garage. It dramatically transformed the look and feel of the home. It looks amazing. Joe completed the job on time, on budget and was extremely good to work with. His team included 2-3 guys every day and he was on site to make sure I was happy. His team was great to work with and took care of every detail I could imagine. "Rick Jamison Painting is a great job painting the exterior of my 2-story, 2,200-square foot home. I requested estimates from a total of 3 painters that were all highly rated on Angi's. Rick Jamison Painting was by far the most responsive to my scope of work. Rick Jamison himself came out twice personally to discuss the details of my project during the bidding process. Jordan was the project manager and estimator and kept me informed throughout the process. Mario was the lead painter and showed great attention to detail and was clearly experienced at his craft. They even fixed my wooden gate as part of the project. They were not the least expensive bidder but I chose them because I felt they knew their stuff, paid attention to the details, and would do a high quality job (which they did)."

"I love this family business. The sons and dad are in business together and they have been doing it for a long time. I have been looking for a painter for a long time and I got a quote last year from another painting company. I didn’t move on my decision until my friend highly recommended John and James White. The father came and gave me a quote that was cheaper than the company that I got a quote from last year. Knowing that it will save money, my friend trusted their work, and also my husband got a bonus from his job helps me to decide to hire John and James White. James and his nephew came to my house on Friday June 9, 2023 to pressure wash the exterior walls and to clean off the dirt and things on walls. I asked James and his nephew to spray off a few extra spots at the house and they were willing to go above and beyond their job duty. On the Tuesday that they scheduled the painting, the painting team came early and started the work. They have teams that they send out to do the work. The team came every day from Tuesday to Friday early. They cleaned up afterward and I don’t have to worry about the clean up. I like the team they sent out. It was a father and his two sons. One of the son’s name was Cane. At first they color matched my house but then I found the paperwork from the builder and the HOA that shows my house color scheme. I immediately told them that morning but they already went and ordered the first color that matched the exterior. After many years of not painting the house, the color fades away so the color match is not always the exact color. It was really nice of them to abort the color match color and purchased new paints that goes with my original color scheme. If you live in an HOA neighborhood, you have to match the original house color if you don’t want to submit an architectural plan to get permission for the board of directors to change your color. I like how considerate they were to change the paint color for me at a loss for them. They got rid of several tubs of 5 gallons containers. I was home must of the time and was able to inspect the work and once in a while I would point out something that I thought needed to be done and the team did it to my satisfaction. My wood trim at the top of my house got termites so they had to replaced it. I appreciated that they told me so I can replace them. This was extra work and materials and I paid for them. I am glad to get it done so I don’t have to replace the wood in the future. When they were done, they were able to fulfill their work promise to me that we agreed for them to do. Every single agreement John and James White said they will do has been done. They even went above and beyond. For example, my door weather strip was old and needed to be done so I asked Cane if he would be willing to put it in for me if I got it from Home Depot. Cane did it. I would highly recommend John and James White. You won’t be disappointed. I am a happy customer."

"Steve and his team are real pros. They were on time every time. They quoted the job quickly and fairly. They were able to start the following week. Everyone who came to my house was friendly. They spent a good amount of time protecting the floors and furniture. Mostly importantly, the end result was just beautiful. My house was built in the 20's so not many lines are straight or plumb which makes things a little more challenging. I highly recommend Berger Painting and will definitely hire them again next time."

We discussed a price, within minutes the house was pressure cleaned, then a day later his crew showed up, made the necessary trim and stucco repairs, they removed the chipping paint and painted the trim and two story house in one day. The paint is thick and rich, the trim gleams. James White and his team did an excellent job. Neighbors liked it so much, four neighbors had him do their homes. The neighborhood looks great! "Picking a contractor can be stressful. Referrals, online research, getting estimates. And there's no way to know for sure if you've made the right choice until the job starts, and by then you've likely signed the contract and put down your hard-earned deposit money. I had several companies out for an exterior painting estimate, and ultimately settled on Anytime House Painting. The owner, John, provided a low-key, thoughtful explanation of what was needed, what it would cost, and what I could expect if I went with them. He offered a very reasonable price with no high pressure sales pitch. I had read the online reviews, which were all good, but there are a lot of companies out there with good reviews. Ultimately, what made the difference was that John mentioned they were a family-run business. It wasn't part of the sales pitch, it just came up in response to my questions. I guess anyone could say that (though none of the other estimators did), and it may or may not be important to the quality of the work, but in this case, I think it made a difference. When they started the job, it was John's father who showed up to supervise the crew, and he was there every day until the job was completed. The house had not been painted for awhile, which meant there was extensive prep work. While that was being done, John came back more than once with sample colors until I got just the right combination, because the really do look different once they're actually on the house. The crew was on time every day, went about their business without disturbing me (I work from home), and performed above and beyond all expectations. I cannot recommend them more highly. The last time the house was painted, I did it myself. This time, I left it to the professionals. Anytime House Painting. It was a good decision."
