"They were very accommodating as far as the design process and working with us to come up with a fence that was going to meet our needs. The installation of the fence was problematic. The installers installed the gate in a 6 inch deep trench and we couldn't open it. When I called them and asked them about it, they either wanted to cut off the bottom of the gate or reinstall it on the post which would have changed the balance. I had to work with them in order to get a resolution that was acceptable. We did get it worked out. The gate started to sag after the first year and when I called them they came out a couple days later to put in some supports to help the sagging; they were good with the follow-up. In the end, it was fine."

"It's going well. My lawn is looking good. I pay on an annual basis with them. They just come and go. You never see them hardly. They put a marker out in the grass to stay off of it while it is drying. They leave a note in your door that says we were out this is what we did and the solutions we put. They tell you what solutions they happen to put down whether it is fertilizer, weed killer, or grub control. We don't basically hear from them until the next month. I would say the price is fair, but I don't know how competitive it is. If it was real expensive, we wouldn't be doing it."

"They are excellent, I love them. When we first moved in to the house, we had a lot of spiders. For the first month, they did interior and exterior spraying. They were supposed to come back in a little less than 90 days. I had a problem and so they came back again and did interior and exterior spraying. Now I am on a 3 or 4 times a year. They are very responsive. They call ahead like I asked because I have a dog. They don't want any animals out for about 3 hours. They do everything I ask, I have no complaints. I would recommend them to anybody."

Our neighbor recommended Tom Johnson who had recently did some landscaping for them and they were very satisfied with his work. Tom was very easy to get ahold of and was prompt on his appointment to look at the job. Tom and his crew finished the job in less than a day which included bringing in 14 yards of top soil and reseeding, we could not be happier with the job. The problem area has never looked so good, we have had many compliments over the summer from friends and neighbors. "I had no idea how much poison ivy I had until PICM showed me! There were two pines completely covered in ivy vines with branches spanning 12' out and seed berries on them! They were such healthy vines that the leaves were the size of footballs! So glad to have had this taken care of. They took the time to EDUCATE me about what to look for and how to remediate. A huge help!!"
