"The service itself was average. However, it required extensive maintenance on my part, because after the treatment I had to water the entire lawn for the next several days. My lawn is 6/10 of an acre. I could not possibly meet the requirements for watering. This was not explained when I agreed to the contract. I was informed after the treatments by their technician. As a result I was denied much of the benefits of their services, an enormous waste of money. The actual price for the service still is unclear to me although I have asked numerous questions about how it was determined. The answers are circular and cost was based on phone conversations as well as email messages. The email shows a total of about $1,400-1,500, with a discount of some $351, making the cost around $1,050. I made 9 payments of $133, total of around $1,000-1,100. After I informed them that I was not renewing, I suddenly owed them the ?balance ? of the contract, $398. I?m paying it but am very disappointed."

"I hired Perennial Lawn Services to do my fall core aeration and seed in October of 2020. When the job was done, there were pockets of areas that were not seeded. I informed them in November and Charlie A, said it will be addressed. He sent David S to look at the property in late November and he said the following in an email "There are a few areas that will need some attention in the spring. The hill on the left side, the back left corner, and the right side of the driveway are the areas in particular. Ive put in a service call to visit the property around April 1st." 2021. I reminded them a few times after April 1st 2021 and on 5/5/21 David S said "Yes, it will be addressed. Thank you for your patience," However, the issue has not been addressed. When I complained to BBB, Perennial Services responded BBB saying that they have not heard from me about this issue. "Crooks…..save your money….had ants coming in my front door in my brand new house. They “dusted” and “baited” outside so they said and when the problem got worse and I called and they blamed me for issue not working because I killed the ants. I was supposed to leave them where my two babies walk and crawl. Bought my own professional pesticide and haven’t had an ant since. Also had another pest company come and inspect their termite traps they put in and guess what traps were no good. We came to an agreement. When the crew came, the arborist wasn't there (later found out she'd left and moved north). As far as I could tell, the crew didn't have the instructions we'd agreed on and they did some, not all of the work. What followed was back and forth, but after a few months they sent out the crew to remedy the missing work. They did a great job and I was very glad.
