"They arrived on time and immediately started work. All areas were prepped to minimize dirt and debris, the sheetrock repairs were done, taped, floated, textured and painted. I inspected while they were cleaning up and I could not even tell where the repair was done. It was perfect! All areas were cleaned so well I couldn't tell they had been there working. "Contractor worked plans with me since November 2025, deal signed and subcontractor work started, without pulling permits and registering with Kirby City, on 05 January 2026. Stopped working 0930am on 09 January 2026. Did not ever come back. Lied about getting engineer plans, lied about getting architect plans, lied about workers labor hours of 45 hours each when the worked 30 hours (cameras show start and finish times of each day). Charged administrative fee of $5,500 when GM only showed up once in the two months of work started and never disclosed his administrative fees on contract, only subcontractors fees."

"The week the couple came out Irene and can?t remember her husband?s name came I was on spring break. They originally came for another job which I didn?t do so I asked if they could repair a ceiling in my pantry. Irene?s husband looked at it which was fast service. Then I told it needed to be done and I was on a limited schedule. When they were to come back I was told she the wife had a doctors appointment so I said okay. Then I picked another date they ran late and didn?t reach out I had to call because I had a time blocked scheduled for them to come. So then I changed the date again. They couldn?t make it. This past Sunday they were to come back to do the work they were late , never reached out, I had to get in contact with them and then never came. I asked if they could come on my next available morning off I was told they were behind on a lot of work. I changed it to this coming weekend. I need my ceiling put back. I?m not happy with how long this project has been."
