"The pull down attic ladder was installed in one day and on the day promised. Even though I expected a mess to be made while installing, I was very impressed at how they constantly kept it to a minimum. By the time the job was done, it was cleaned up perfectly and professionally. The plywood was installed so that boxes could be stored and gotten to easily. This job was done to my 100% satisfaction. I also had a basement door that rain water was coming in the basement from under the threshold and had destroyed some wallboard around the door. The rain water had also eroded part of the bottom of the door. The job was done to my satisfaction and was done on time as promised by Landon. I am very pleased with the work done and anticipate more to come in the future. Landon and his crew are very professional and courteous explaining what they are doing and why. "they did an excellent job and I would definitley recommend them to anyone. I came to work and left them there to do what they needed to do and never worried about what was going on at my house. they ended up doing my laundry room, adding a half bath, completley redoing the main bathroom, replacing the front door and storm door and building a deck. I intend to use them later on for my kitchen. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with their service."

"Over a period of approximately 3 weeks, water-damaged, drop ceiling tiles, drywall/insulation and carpeting was removed from a basement bedroom following a leak in a water pipe in the ceiling. They treated the studs to remove mold and left a dehumidifier/ large fans to dry out the studs and floor. 
Installed new insulation and drywall, new ceiling tiles, then painted entire room. Carpet was re-installed in the bedroom and stairwell so carpet would match throughout.
The work performed was excellent and personnel were courteous. Besides having some issues with the personnel arriving when scheduled to arrive, we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

"The first one they ordered was the wrong kind so this delayed the installation. The plumbing company they used had to come back after the installation because there was a leak at the wall. Thank goodness it was in the garage. I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades which were not covered by my policy."
