"Signed up for service in June. Had a visit the next day. everything was great. Was under the impression this would be a quarterly thing and that's what my $70 a month was paying for. I was also under the impression that I would have some sort of contact with people if anything ever needed attention. I have not seen, heard from or even known how to get in touch with anyone since. I do, however, see that automatic payment come out every month for a service I am not receiving. I called today to cancel and was told that I cannot because there have been several attempt to visit but the address was unreachable. Also that there were visits but there were dogs in the back yard. I pointed out that these statements contradict each other, but either way, why didn't anyone contact me with the concerns? My assumption is, notes are being place on an account to CYA regardless of factual validity. I have food delivery that has no problem arriving at my address. I do not keep dogs in the back yard. $350 spent for nothing. I kept up my end of the contract, but the fact that service was not provided, and there has been no due diligence to provide service, this contract should be void. When you take money for providing a service, you should be taking every measure you possible can to provide that service. Otherwise, you are just taking money. I have received an auto debit notification of $27.06 and another for $54.12 in the past 2 days. When I called to ask about it, I was told that this was charged because I disputed the previous charges. Essentially, I was charged a monetary punishment for disputing a charge for services not received. WILL BE TAKING LEAGAL ACTION."

"Tony did an excellent job. His response was quick and he showed up at the time he stated. He inspected the roof and attic areas and quickly found out where the squirrel entered. The procedure was to install a one-way door at the entry point to allow the critter to exit (I imagine for food and water). He finished up in less than 2 hours. Next step is to wait a few days, listening for the noise to cease. He then will come back and seal up the entry point. The charge was very reasonable, totaling $487"

Bee removals FAQs
Swarms of bees stay for just a few hours, but can remain for two or three days. Under the right conditions, beehives can last indefinitely, as bee colonies are self-sustaining. The queen is the heart of the hive and can live for up to five years. As she ages and her egg production declines, the worker bees replace her by raising a new queen.
Worker bees live up to six months if born in the fall, but only about 40 days when born in the spring or summer. Drones live between three weeks and three months. The queen continuously lays eggs that quickly mature to replace bees that die. Ask your beekeeper or pest control specialist for further details based on the type of bees you have.
Ideally, you should remove a bee's nest very early in the morning or late in the evening when all of the bees are in the hive.
Bees do not fly at night, so although they may buzz and show some activity, they will not fly or swarm. This allows you to remove the entire colony safely in one attempt. While bees may be slightly more active in the early morning or late evening, most will be in the hive, minimizing the number of stragglers left behind.
After complete bee removal, stray workers will not regroup if all traces of honey, comb, and pheromones are thoroughly eliminated.
