Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

They first went out to take pictures with a drone. They were able to reach the roof without requiring use of the closet hatch, which saved my tenants the headache of clearing out their belongings. Dimitri also took before and after pictures of roof and explained to me where the leaks were coming from and not only went out of way to fix the problem but went beyond insure that the flashing and new shingles were installed properly. He also moved my dryer vent that that was previously installed incorrectly and went to Home Depot to get the proper materials for the vent along with calling me at the store to confirm that he was able to get all the materials before coming back.
