Pushed hard to collect $75 cash. We called 3 times to their "office" and a representative called Geralynne said that only the TECHNITIAN knows what's going on and we should call him. We Asked her to find if the part request was made, but the office doesn't know. Why do they have an office if they don't know what's going with their business? She was rude and hung up on us."
