"I don’t usually leave reviews however, my experience with ECG was so good I had to! Since the carpet cleaning company I’ve used for years no longer does residential carpet cleaning, I had to find a new one. So I apprehensively looked on line. I got lots of calls. But one really stood out! Everardo from ECG Carpet and Concrete Cleaning politely called and left a message. Still hesitant I didn’t call back. But when he called the second time, I answered. And I am so glad I did! After 5 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats, my light colored carpet was embarrassingly thrashed! After talking on the phone, Everardo came out and had a look at my carpet that I really thought was beyond repair. He answered all my questions, (there were lots!), he said he would be able to clean my carpet. Hiring ECG was a great choice! My carpet looked amazing! "I participated in a deal (10% off thru Angie's List). Martin from Pet Pee Pee contacted me right away. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"Our carpet is 7 years old and has NEVER been cleaned. Quinton was here for more than 6 hours working without taking but one break. After his work was completed our carpet looks as new as when it was first laid 7 years ago. Some terrible spots of oil from Grandson and Hubbie working on cars and not cleaning their feet properly are completely GONE...1600 sq ft of carpet cleaned for only $600. I have NEW CARPET due to the method he uses to clean. And the time he puts into it being perfect. Anyone who does not use Quinton is losing out on the best their is. "i have used this company several times before this. my technician oswaldo was excellent. he was prompt, friendly and thorough. He had previously been to our home, so he was familiar with my expectations. he was very friendly and told my husband and myself that it was his 20 year anniversary and about the surprise trip he had planned for his wife. ( he was leaving the same day as our service) this was very sweet. i will continue to use Millenium carpet cleaning and I will ask for Oswaldo to perform my service in the future <br />"

"I had a upstairs bathroom remodel completed right before Guy came and everything had a thin layer of dust as well as some specific soil marks. Also had just general wear from 2 years between cleanings, 2 teens and a big dog. Carpets look new, smell great AND are super soft. Last time they were professionally cleaned they looked good but felt "crunchy". Guy had to do my stairs twice because of what looked like oil spots. The carpet on the stairs now looks brand new!! I am SO pleased- am usually just glad to have clean carpets but this is the first time I am THRILLED with the job!"

"He was on time and went right to work. We were selling my mother's house and wanted carpet she had installed over 30 years ago shampooed. There was even carpet in the kitchen and service porch area. The carpet was pretty black under where the refrigerator had been. He was able to get all that dirt off! Carpet looked great and smelled fresh. He advised us the best way to have it dry quickly, by leaving the AC on. Who knew? It really wasn't wet but it was completely dry by that evening. Nice guy and would highly recommend. <br />"

"I have used other carpet cleaners before but they did not do the prep work on the carpet the way A1 Steamway did.  I have older light color carpet and I'm impressed with the job he did.  He went beyond what other cleaners we have used in the past.  He was professional and took his time.  <br> <br>In this day and age it is wonderful to find a man that wants to do a great job and do it well.  He had to go over some areas 6 times to get it clean the way he wanted and knew we wouldn't be happy if it wasn't done right.    <br> <br>I will use him again and will tell all my friends about his excellent service. <br>"
