"Don’t hire The Gutter Guys. This is the second time they came to my house. The first time they did a great job. The second time they ruined the screens on my gutters. I called them to provide feedback. I was not looking for a discount. The customer service was horrible. They said (1) I inspected the work, (2) the screens were old, and (3) they were probably like that for some time. I hung Christmas lights, which I took down in January, and the screens were fine. And, if someone damages your property, you would think they would tell you, instead of driving off. Avoid them!"

"Juan, his son and the rest of the crew did a great job in repairing and installing a16 foot second wall with column to my patio. They also had to remove half of the pavers to re-level the patio and added pavers to fill-in the 3 feet of bed between the house and the patio on the left side of the steps. They were punctual and very professional. They laid down 4x8 plywood from my front driveway around the back of my house for heavier equipment to protect my grass. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did and plan to have them back next spring to add some lights to the other wall and columns as we really like the one's that they installed on the new wall."

"Someone referred us to Hillside and have been with them for years. We saw a huge improvement in the first few years with them, but as time went on, our grass looked so bad, they there really was not a point to continue with this service. We even referred our neighbors to this company. Unfortunately, they also felt their grass was looking worse as time went on. We were both with immaculate lawns and it was extremely hard for both of us to continue to watch our grass literally dying. We have a huge pool with pavers and all and so is our neighbors, so there is not too much to our lawns. We have a lot of gatherings and nothing is worse than to have our guest come through our back gate to walk in to multiple patches of dead grass everywhere. We do have a dog and actually trained him to urinate to other areas in our lawn just to see if this was because of our dog, but it continued even after this. Our neighbor quit his lawn service over a year or so ago. I tried hard to hand in there with this company, but when you call to say how unhappy you are with their service and you would like to stop service, and then your hear back from the receptionist. Ok, I will update your account as closed. Nothing more!! Sorry but Customer Service is 1st over everything when it comes to keep a successful business. We never complained the entire time with this service until this time. So sad... Word of Mouth is so important... Last thing, what was our biggest concern, is that when completing treatments on our lawn and knowing that a lawn had multiple patches of dead grass, which did not in the previous years did not seem to be any concern to your staff. These dead patches happened for the past two years."
