He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. "<p><br /></p> <p>I contacted Albemarle Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners on Friday and they were able to come out to my house on Monday.  They showed up on time (actually a few minutes early but waited for me to show up).  They introduced themselves, took a quick tour of the house to see what needed to be done and then started the job.  </p> <p>Took them about 60-75 minutes to finish up.  </p> <p>Honestly answered some of the questions I put to them (like how was the condition of the carpets, how long it would take to dry etc).  At the end, asked me if I had any other questions and then handed me the invoice and off they went.  They even left me a couple of pairs of "booties" in case I need to walk around on the carpets before they had completely dried off.</p> <p>All in all, I am very satisfied and would use them again in the future.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
