"I worked with Misha for many years, right when he started his business. I was very happy in the start of our working relationship, but in the last 2 years I have grown very frustrated with him, because he keeps cancelling on me and is telling me he has very important appointments and clients and I need to understand. I talked to him about it a few months ago and he kept telling me that he still wants to work for me and confirmed that I was one of his first clients. I gave him another chance and he came once but he was supposed to be here this morning as agreed upon on Thursday. Yesterday after 1:00 PM he had texted he was not coming but can send someone else. I saw the text today and called him to ask who is coming and now the problem is that out of his 38 employees he claims to have not all show up Mondays - so long story short, he let me down again. Is that my fault I trusted him - yes it is, still horribly disappointing. Never again!"

"I asked her to clean the main floor of my house. I’m a working mom, my husband works full time as well. Plus we have two teenage kids involved in sports and two cats and two dogs. The amount of red clay dirt and animal fur is overwhelming. She came in and changed my house atmosphere in a couple of hours. Everyone was able to come home to nice, clean smelling home. "I will never hire Billy Herrin at Grace Home Improvement, LLC (https://gracehomeimprovement.net) again! I had two small jobs that were scheduled and Billy started the work but after three weeks the work has not been completed. Any attempt to reschedule with Billy was met with an excuse as to why he is unable to make the agreed appointment time. Now Billy is refusing to responde to several attempts to contact him. In my opinion the work that was completed was not high quailty work and does not meet the expectations for the price charged. Buyer beware of Billy Herrin and Grace Home Improvement, LLC."
