"I think they fertilized the weeds instead of killing them off! They are coming out to re-treat the lawn and try to make it right."

"Not sure how our 2 acres are treated in 10 minutes, but our home security cameras log arrival and departure (including unloading and loading their equipment). There is always evidence of treatment; more in front of cameras than elsewhere, but generally they appear to treat large portions of our property. Lawn has improved a little bit. Crawling weeds continue; bare spots (we had grub treatment done also) continue, moss has taken over significant sections. But, it seems to look somewhat better than before treatments. Overseeding was a disappointment, as they missed the biggest areas of bare spots, but did behind the garden shed (?) extensively. Cameras show the guy doing circles in the gravel driveway. We have lots of new grass growing there now, which was not part of the plan. they do call in advance, they show up, and they do some stuff. With my gripes included, I would hire them again because it is improved from my own attempts, and my time is freed up to focus on other things."

"They did very well. It was a complicated and dangerous location and they did a superb job. They were on time, took exceptional care not just regarding the tree but the lawn. They had to bring in a bucket truck across an extensive lawn and they laid down heavy mats so that there were no imprints in the sod. They cleaned up thoroughly. They were polite, cheerful and on their way. There were three guys in for several hours and the equipment that they brought in, I thought that was appropriate. They were right on time and arrived and departed as expected. I would use them again without hesitation."

"My only contact with these people has been by email but it’s always been pleasant and satisfying. They came a good distance up to the North Shore to take care of a very small plot infested with Japanese knotweed. They handle a very dangerous chemical product that no one should handle who doesn’t know how. They’ve been regular over three years (two visits a year) and there is a promise to treat again if any new shoots appear. All that has a price that I considered proper. Only time will tell if the treatment has been truly effective. Unfortunately, if the spores are air-borne from who knows where as seems to be the case, it can still come back again. There’s nothing they or anyone else can do to stop that."

"Kiril installed full irrigation system and reseeded lawn. He also changed fence for damaged sections and some other landscape work. Overall, I am very pleased with his work and his professionalism. He was very responsive and finished the work fairly quickly. There were few tuning things that needed to be done afterwords and Kiril responded and took care of them without hesitation, many times on weekends. Recommend him to anyone."

"Services were performed as requested. The company's crew showed up on Mondays on a regular basis to cut our lawn. The irrigation system malfunctioned early in the summer resulting in large bare patches. The irrigation folks were obviously not informed as the lawn mowers kept mowing as the bare spots appeared and grew."

"The technician that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and he was very helpful. They always came when they said they would. The cost is expensive. It just seems that every time they turn around, they have to do something else which adds to what you have already paid for which is the problem. It is not just them. I think it is the industry. They catch you with just feeding the lawn then they have to do this care and that care. It is one bill on top of the other. Because my lawn is just starting to come back after a very bad situation, I would just go with the regular lawn care not all the added stuff, but it was kind of getting pricey. So, I am kind of up there. I kind of shelled out now about $500. They have different technicians who do different things."

"I've dealt with Fowler and Sons at least ten times at various properties over the past five years and they are always professional, cost reasonable, and very helpful. They spray my house for ants every year: each year they show up on time, get the job done, and are extremely courteous. The office staff is very helpful and responsive. <br /> Additionally, it's worth noting that Fowler has NEVER tried to upsell their product to me. I had a termite inspection done at one property and was told I had no cause for alarm and nothing to treat (since I know nothing about termites they could have easily encouraged me to spray and I wouldn't have ever know the difference). <br /> In short, Fowler is a class act and gets the job done. <br />"

"I had other offers, much cheaper to do the work, but as soon as I saw how they cut down the first limb, I knew I made the correct choice with these folks. The 3 man team working together, just like a synchronized dance. It was fascinating to watch how they used loops, rope to bring down the limbs that were ever so close to the houses. And they truly had a respect for the trees. Anybody can cut a back a tree; these folks did it to respect both the trees, and my needs to protect property. Just after their visit were wind gusts over 60 mph, and no more limps came down. One of their comments to me, was that it was an art to know what to cut, what to leave, to make the tree stronger. They arrived on time, extremely professional, cleaned up, and answered all of my inquiring questions. I am very hesitating letting strangers on my property to do work, since I have heard horrid stories. These folks have already been asked to do additional work. It takes years to grow a tree, and only a very short amount of time to have someone brutalize a tree. Be very careful with whom you choose to work on your trees."
