"Dakota is a perfectionist. He is very detailed and made sure everything was right when he removed an old fiberglass shower/tub and installed a ceramic tile walk in shower. He is a hard worker and he takes pride in his work. He also completed some flooring work for me which turned out very well. We are very pleased with the projects that he completed for us."

"Overall the total project went really well. We had several parts to the kitchen remodel. Jon’s crew assessed extent of a water leak, which had damaged existing cabinetry and flooring. They recommended a plan of action along with a timeline and repair costs. The work progressed in a timely fashion. Jon’s crew were professional, did not smoke in the house and cleaned up their work area. We were able to find additional, closely matching cabinetry so we were able to improve the layout of the kitchen and add features we wanted like a new pantry and a swing-up shelf for my stand mixer, new countertops, backsplash and dishwasher. "It is very hard to get someone who is competent and willing to make relatively minor repairs. Mr Deering fit the bill. I had a sunroom storm door that was sticking and the door frame was no longer square. This alignment problem caused the door lock and latch to fail. The larger problem was that the people who had constructed the sunroom had not properly attached the framing for the sunroom to the existing house. Happy Home Repairs firmly reattached the sunroom to the house and was able to install a new door latch onto the existing door that had nonstandard latch cutouts ."
