"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."

"I have a loveseat that smelled strongly of cat urine. My beloved older kitty had lost control of his bladder and had peed on my loveseat. I called around to get estimates and some were high and the ones that were not said they probably couldn't get out all of the smell. I thought I'd try Angie's list and called a few listed there. Andy was the first to get back with me. He was reasonable, very friendly and polite, and said he could take care of the urine smell for me. We decided on a day and time (he was very busy) for him to come over and clean my furniture. He was early and only took less than an hour to finish the job. My loveseat looked fantastic and smelled fresh with no hint of cat urine!! I was very satisfied with a job well done! I highly recommend Andy and will definitely call on him again."
