"They've done a pretty good job. I know it's required by their company. They want to make the money. I signed up for it and they do this on a regular basis, but last summer we went through a dry spell. It wasn't as bad as the past years although we've had them too. When there's a dry spell, I do not water my lawn, there’s not enough water in this town and they did it last summer, but they had in the past rationing of the water. They've got water from Lake Michigan coming down here now so it will be available to us, but during that time, they continue to come with the fertilization and I kept telling them to stop burning my lawn. They did a better job last year. We had enough moisture last year but I always worry about that. They come when they say they are going to come. They call first and they give me a heads up. I won't advice anyone who has pets to have a lawn service. Our last pet developed cancer. It was a fox terrier, and the backyard was fenced at that time so he can run through in the big backyard. They were treating it and I’m very sure that that’s what caused him to develop cancer. I would have to pay for granules and stuff if I did it myself. They do go around and check the lawn and I can do other services such as they told me I needed to do overseeding last fall so I overseed right under the last snowfall last spring so they didn’t do any overseeding for me, but they do check on other things and point out other things to me. I will say this, the grub control has worked. They got rid of the vols. I just wish they would get rid of the chipmunks. When it comes to punctuality, they don’t tell me an exact time. What they do is they tell they are going to be out in the morning or in the afternoon, or they would be out on that day. They are out on that day and they give me a call. My frustration is the fact that many times it’s a robocall and I cannot get the callback if I say it would be better if they didn’t do it that day or something like that. They are punctual. They come when they say they are going to come. Many times I am out and about or I’m doing something somewhere else and they go ahead and do it. I don’t have a chance to watch them. They do leave a note on my door that tells me what they have done and the amount of material they have used. They are never there long enough for me to ask what they are doing."

"In the summer, one of our trees was sick and it was nearly impossible to find an arborist that would come out in a timely fashion to assess the tree and recommend a treatment. Thank God for Forever Green and Scott, their arborist who came out the next day after I called. He came out, looked at all our trees and identified the disease and infestation. <br /> Back today to feed the trees, Scott spent 15 minutes walking around the property, talking to me about the trees and issues and what I could do myself before Spring to help with their health. The only issue, that I noticed later, was with a recently seeded front lawn where a footsteps took out a few spots near where the downspout drainage empties up onto the edge of the lawn. That would not prevent me from using them again."
