"I have house that is rental unit on the 2nd floor that was built in 1896. It needed some plastering done to the kitchen ceiling and the living room ceiling in a few areas. It was plastered before, but needed retouching since it was missing something. I searched for a company who does exceptional work with the proof and years of experience. We prefer wet plaster over dry, so did checking and found ZMartin Plastering on Angi. The company had high ratings and the work looked great, so we scheduled Brian Zmuda to come out and look at what needs to be done. Brian came out me out promptly for an estimate and went over what the issues were with the ceiling in both areas and explained it thoroughly so I could understand and told me what materials as far as the paint, plaster, and more and how he was going to do it, and even showed me this insurance and then quoted me a fair price. I was happy and then scheduled him to come out in three weeks. Brian came out three weeks later on 05/23/23 after we were finishing stucco painting and he began to work. I could tell he knew about doing plaster work for an older house. He started with the two ceilings and did it in order and was clean using the right materials. He plastered it well leaving no mess and with wet plaster, and then once he finished he explained that the plaster dry's in less then a week and told me house spot primer first in the area before applying paint which where are doing for the whole apartment's unit. I was happy and knew he was skilled and explained what materials you are suppose to use and he also does stucco is great to know snice we have some stucco repair on our main house to do. I can highly recommend ZMarting for any paltering work and he seems very honest and did not take long so her reduce the price since it was simple job. We will be working with him in the future. His work is fantastic. Could not be any happier."

"Yeol and his team were extremely accomodating. He will put in the extra effort to meet requests and to ensure the work was completed to satisfaction. Overall, the quality of work was good. The painting and the plasterwork were good to great, wall and ceiling drywall construction below average (there were huge gaps between the outlet boxes and the drywall that were filled in with plaster). I would recommend for rental rebuilds/renovations but not in a situation where details matter."

"Filmon has done two projects for us. Both well done. He’s an excellent, careful craftsman. He can find the source of a problem, evaluate a situation and resolve it. I will use him again."

"Jose is very knowledgeable at his skills. Communicates well, and is punctual. He plastered and fixed two huge cracks on the drywall and the walls are like new!"

"Juan and his asistants from K, B & D Remodeling, LLC, did a fantastic job in my home. I had hired another company to waterproof the basement. To prepare for the basement waterproofing job, Juan and his workers did the demolition: removing all the perimeter wall drywall and most of the drop ceiling in the basement. After the other company installed the drainage tile system, Juan and his workers rebuilt my basement, including framing out all new walls, putting up drywall, sanding and painting the walls, installing new drop ceiling. I also had them put in new plumbing (my house is old) in the basement as well as some new electrical lines, including a new 220 line for my basement shop. Part of the basement floor needed repair, so Juan did that as well. He and his crew did other repairs as well in the basement as well as doing some roof repairs. Juan was easy to work with. He always answered when I called. He took the time with me, answering all my questions. He does a thorough job,"

"Was able to repair existing door. Veray happy with results. He came both times when he saidm he would."

"We had two rooms that needed plaster repair. They did an excellent job and were very fast. They also painted our kitchen cabinets and the two rooms, and the trim in the two rooms. They did this in 4 days!! Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Thank you!!"

"Dorian did an outstanding job restoring the plaster walls in my two-unit building. He understood my priority of preserving as much of the original plaster as possible and only used drywall where absolutely necessary. His work was impressively fast, and he was extremely respectful of the vintage trimming, taking care not to damage anything. What really stood out was how clean he left the place—he worked so efficiently that it was as if he was never there! I highly recommend Dorian for anyone looking for quality, respectful, and detailed craftsmanship."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Juan and his crew. We had an extensive project that including painting all of the trim, windows & doors in our home, repairing plaster cracks, regular drywall repair and painting of the whole house. Juanâ s team was meticulous with preparation of the space. We just had our floors done and they laid and taped brown construction paper throughout. The amount of time they spent focusing on the details made all of the difference. Our walls look brand new and the quality of the painting is top notch. His whole crew is full of hard-working talented painters and friendly guys. Could not recommend him enough! Scope of project: -painted all walls and ceilings -painted two staircases (risers, banisters, posts etc) -painted all of the doors in our home -painted all of the trim -painted all of the windows -painted picture rails -repaired plaster cracks -replaced water damaged ceiling"

"EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! I cannot tell you how pleased my husband and I are with the quality of the work from Garcias Repairs. Our problem was a lot of loose vinyl siding on our two-story home that we were fearful of blowing away. Dario Garcia and Jose were very thorough in their assessment of our project, making certain that the wood underneath the siding was in good condition before the repair, which it was. It was evident from this assessment that they took pride in what they do. They then gave us a fair estimate for the repair. Their attention to detail left our home in better condition, and we could be happier. They did a beautiful job. Because we were so happy with the work they did on our house, we hired them to do some vinyl repair on my sister's home. Results again, were excellent. It is refreshing to come across contractors that are so HONEST. My husband and I recommend GARCIA'S REPAIRS highly."
