"Roger was awesome! He showed up on the date we had agreed on only to let us know that the door we ordered wasn't the right size for our opening! He took the time to go to Lowe's with us and make sure we ordered the right door for our project and came back a month later to install it for us. He went above and beyond to help us out! The work he did was just as great as the service he provided."

"Overall things went well. The doors and the installation are wonderful. The installers did the work in 9 hours while I was at work. Some of the down side was that I has to call for updates on the door status, they did not call to inform me. The salesman was great to work with but he made a mistake when totaling the price and left out a door, so he had to let me know later that the price was higher. Which was after I told the competition I was going with Duncan. That wasn't cool. Then the door manufacturer made the wrong door. Duncan would have replaced it for free but I elected to keep it and have the manufacturer take $500 off the price. The door looks great anyway."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"We had a double pane sliding glass door that I wasn't sure if I should go with vinyl or what to replace it.  Larry came over and we talked about the difference and we decided to have a triple pane vinyl sliding door put in. Boy did we make the right decision !! We absolutely love it. They had the old door ripped out and the new door installed in no time. They cleaned up the mess and took all the old stuff with them. About a month or so later we called Larry to ask him about siding. He spent alot of time with us explaining the difference between the different sidings. We had steel siding and now have vinyl and they did an awesome job. Everyone was so polite and professional and took time to answer any questions we had. We would definitelytell anyone, if you need windows or anything done to your house, this company is great."

"They answered every question I asked about the quality of the windows and the installation time. As they put in the new Windows, they continued to answer my new questions about the installation. My attic windows were useless; when replaced they put in foam insulation around them and even framed them in from the inside. They look fantastic and I could immediately feel the difference in the attic temperature. The living room windows were doubled panes but they leaked; even though it has rained several times since, they are unbelievable clear. No more moisture between the panes. They worked with the budget I gave them and explained the difference in pricing with the difference in windows; casement vs sliders vs double-hung. This way I was able to replace all my windows and did not go over budget. Best thing ever - no more painting the trim on my windows!"
