"Signed a contract with American Constructors and Renovators Inc. on February 12, 2018 today is May 10, 2018. Paid the company $4600 down payment. Have not received any construction service, no communications to date. Have called 8 times, emailed 5 times and wrote certified mail request for status. Company has not responded. Keep placing the blame on permitting associated with the project. However, it took the company 5 weeks to even request an architect a step required before the permitting starts. As a Project Manager for construction in the Federal Government. I would not recommend this company to build a dog-house for me again. Rodger O Young"
