"The overall project took about three months. The construction, wiring and plumbing were done effectively and decently. Several things weren't explained very well, if at all. My biggest complaint is that two different items we bought (which we were told would be reimbursed) were not looked at ahead of time. The plumbing was done incorrectly so the shower kit we really wanted couldn't be used. The shower rod wouldn't fit after the tiling. Checking items the client wants to use beforehand is common sense. Pretty disappointing, especially since we bought it toward the beginning of the project so it couldn't be returned (and wasn't reimbursed). J. Ashley did come out after the project was finished to repair an outlet, which was above and beyond his contractual obligations. I would recommend J Ashely for smaller, straight forward work like flooring, but not for anything major or complicated."

"Luis and his team did an excellent job for multiple projects of mine - they were extremely efficient and clean. The end product was phenomenal - they installed a herringbone style subway tile in the entire shower including the ceiling and everything aligned which is extremely difficult."
