"The design process with Timothy was very pleasant and professional.  He provided choices for plantings and helped me select the most appropriate.  There was a long wait for implementation, which was not unexpected.  An implementation date was finally given but nobody showed up, and nobody responded to my phone calls.  Eventually Timothy emailed me and apologized for the problems.  Work finally began several days later.  The crew, headed by Brandon, did an excellent job.  However, they were often delayed waiting for material or equipment to be delivered. <br />"

"I called on Monday am and left a message. I no more than hung up the phone and they called me back. The owner came out that morning and gave me an estimate. He thanked me on the phone and in person for giving him the opportunity to quote the job! I could hardly believe it. In this area I am so used to people being rude and very short, like they are doing me a favor by talking to me, that this was a welcome change! Then he said he could come out the next morning and do the job at 9:30. He not only called in the am to say he was on his way, he was on time! Unheard of in my experience. He and the gentlemen with him were polite, pleasant and professional. They got the job done, cleaned up and thanked me again for calling them. What a great experience! It was like I was back in Colorado or Texas again where people actually gave a darn about customer service! Wonderful!!!!!!"

"The quote was timely.  The work was performed on time. It was a good thing that we stayed around to keep the crew from making some mistakes in the layout. Essentially, we supervised the crew.  There was very little supervision by the company's management.  The work crew was great. They worked hard in some of the hotest heat of the year.  They listened to us and took care of the layout dveiations immediately."

"We had Brian Paynes (owner/operator) and his co-workers plant plants, shrubbery along with a regular lawn mowing service. In addition, we are going to have him install a ground-level patio for us as well as two walkways leading to/from the walkways. Brian has also added some trim to our front porch. He does incredible work! It seems almost as if there's nothing he can't do! Incredible worker! His business card says they specialize in all types of tree and lawn care and Much More! Well...you can certainly believe in the Much More part! He does incredible handyman work. I doubt that we'll go with anyone else for just about anything we need done around the house. If Brian is certain your request is out of his realm of ability, he has no problem letting you know immediately and will offer someone else if he knows of anyone who does what you are asking for. You really cannot go wrong with Brian Paynes and his company!!"
