Get matched with top dry rot, water or pest damage major repairers in Colton, OR

"It started out with a serious rodent problem in the crawlspace. First I had the pest control come out and they said something was dead in the crawlspace. Dillon came out and checked the crawlspace and found a leaky sewer pipe which needed immediate attention which was contributing to the rat problem. Dillon helped me fill out the insurance report and handled all the details. The work was done in a timely manner and now the crawlspace looks as clean as new. The crew that worked here were professional and courteous. They provided updates as they worked and always told me if there were any new problems they found. I highly recommend them to deal with your crawlspace problems."

"I enjoyed having Alpha get rid of the mold in my attic. The crew was efficient, on time, courteous of me and my home."

"I used SFW Painting to stain my fence. The whole experience was great from start to finish. I highly reccomend them."

"I called a few companies to come and look at the floors and provide options and estimates. Eugene came right on time and was able to provide an estimate and what can be done and what cannot on the floor. I felt the quote was right and hired him. They came and did the work as promised. We were unsure of oil vs water based polymer quote. They worked with us to put both of them on a small area so we can see the difference and pick the right one for us. Eugene was patient and understanding of the time we took to make the choices. He walked us through the home after the work was done and adjusted couple of small things as we liked. Definitely recommend him for any hardwood work."

"Oregon Restoration did a top notch professional job removing water and damaged sections in house. I highly recommend this company and would use again though hope I don't have to."

"All the work was done by hand. We are very satisfied with the results. During the work it rained, so Dave had to come back and do some touch up work after it dried out.  "

"Gene phoned prior to arrival just as promised. He also arrived within the window of time I was given. It took him about 30 minutes to complete the repair. He also did preventative maintenance on the hot water side as well since both valves are the same age. He even let me know where my water shutoff is located since living in a condo makes it a little confusing. Additionally the price came in just as I was prepared for with the initial quote. Great experience!"

"It went well. We are planning on getting other opinions as well. It's a major job so we want to get several views on how to handle it.

"The Crawlspace crew came out and Inspected my Crawlspace after a pipe break to document the damage and see if any repairs were needed. They were fast to respond and I would highly recommend."
