Hever was very professional on the phone and indicated he would be available to come over later that day to get a better look at the work I needed to have completed. We agreed on a time and he was very prompt. He provided a formal estimate later that day. I had some questions that we were able to resolve quickly over the phone and he provided an updated estimate later that day. I had other companies reach out to me but I decided to go with Hever based on his prompt and reasonable response. I wanted to get the painting done quickly since we were getting ready to put the house on the market. He and his team arrived on Saturday morning and worked throughout the day. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
