He, along with his excellent team of Juan and Jason , were dilligent in their work and careful to make every paint stroke or mitre cut create a perfect look. The team even put in extra time and did extra work(free of charge) fixing the dents in my entry door, painting the door and replacing the door knobs . "A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"Jeremiah has done all sorts of work for us but the biggest job he did recently was painting the entire interior of our house. He did a wonderful job. He was very thorough and neat. Always punctual with excellent communication. There were certain spots that needed special attention, like cracks, which he expertly repaired. He is very pleasant and polite. Jeremiah also did some exterior painting and repairs for us. I would definitely ask Jeremiah to help us again in the future.
