"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

He, along with his excellent team of Juan and Jason , were dilligent in their work and careful to make every paint stroke or mitre cut create a perfect look. The team even put in extra time and did extra work(free of charge) fixing the dents in my entry door, painting the door and replacing the door knobs . They even hung my bathroom mirror without me asking them.Erick is a very nice person, intent on making the homeowner joyful over his work and extremely satisfied about the price charged and the overall outcome. "Adriano and his crew did a magnificent job power washing and restaining my house, and his carpenter (Diago?) did a fantastic job of replacing lots of rotten wood on my deck, fixing broken lattices, and shoring up the deck's attachment to a pillar. The house exterior and deck hadn't been stained or cleaned in such a long time, there was barely any old stain left, so they were working from scratch.
