He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"He doesn't usually do house cleaning with people in the house. He came out and they helped me get my house together. What they usually do is cleaning a house that is already vacated. They cleaned the carpet, mopped the floors, and cleaned the baseboards. That kind of stuff. They do a lot of carpet cleaning. They had three people out there helping me and I had a really good appraisal. It sure paid off."
