"This company made my parents move the worst day of their life! They showed up two hours late. They only packed one of the two trucks, and then said they were leaving. We had to beg them to fulfill their contract and load two trucks as we had agreed-upon and paid for in the contract. Mind you my parents are in their 80s. Had we not been there, as their children, the company would have just left half the house in the house. We brought them lunch and half of the crew was smoking pot at the truck. Upon arrival, many things were broken and they had no idea which parts of the bed went together. My family had to help them put furniture back together. We paid a lot of money and this was the worst experience in moving I have ever seen in my entire 60 years of life. Please save yourself the heartache and do not use this company! We have tried for weeks to contact the owner regarding our experience and he has not returned a single phone call from either my parents or my three other siblings. It’s advertised as a family owned company but if it truly was, I would think the owner at some point would have called us back."

"**Would rate a 0 if i could** NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They shattered my tv console and dresser, lost a mirror, and never finished the move. The broken furniture cost me over $600 to replace. They left me with 6+ hours of personal labor moving my 1BR apartment, when I was quoted a FULL pack and move. When they ran out of boxes they just said "you're on your own for the rest." They also were found lingering in the hallway, smelling of marijuana, and took an hour break at the restaurant/bar in the first floor of my apartment. They claim that the move is justified because I signed off on it, but what are you supposed to do when 2 large men are standing over your shoulder and holding onto your stuff until you sign."
