"<p>He hired David previously to remove wallpaper glue, repair plaster and paint staircase walls, upper and lower hallways. He also faux finished some pine trim that was original to the house (built in 1930's) that was in need of some TLC. He did an excellent job, worked clean, accommodated our schedules and stuck to the original estimated price. </p> <p>We had him come back to stain/finish the kitchen woodwork. "I was very surprised at how expensive it would be to paint my condo since the square footage was only 1,199. The living room had cathedral ceilings and there were some dark colors used from the previous owner. I was told because of the dark colors and high ceiling, it would take several coats of paint to cover it and a primer would have to be used. I also wanted to use Benjamin Moore, which I know is more expensive. I needed to have it painted right away. I decided to have the job done by PM Quality painting because they were very professional and I had read the reviews. It went very well. I was told it would be finished in 3 or 4 days, but it was finished in two days because they had extra help. I was extremely happy with the outcome. There were no issues and the cleanup was terrific. They took the extra time to do the caulking where it was needed and to patch up any holes in the wall. It was expensive, but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend them again."
