"Unique Home Solutions installed a shower in 2023. The work was a disaster. The caulking looks a kindergarten class. The tile was broken by the installer and lied about the damage. He used a blob of silicone to cover it up. Water leaked under walls and shower pan. Black mold was growing under the shower pan. I replaced the shower with an other company. The original $15,000. Cost me $15,500 to replace. I contacted Unique Home Solutions on numerous occasions and them blew me off. I contacted BBB and them sided with them.
