"Brians crew completed the job in four days.  He had four workers the first two days and three  on the last day.  Everything was cleaned up after the job.  The guys worked hard putting in eight hour days with a 30 minute break for lunch.  They arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day.  All were very polite and helpful. He was there immediately and the required work was completed without question or complaint, with a sincere apology for the problems. In addition, he adjusted the price downward to compensate.
