"We had all of our windows, an oversized patio door and an exterior mud door replaced. The project was very expensive but the result is amazing. We replaced the 1989 aluminum windows with grids and put in a Milgard windows with a black exterior. Josh Kaiser installed the product and we were very happy with his attention to detail and professionalism. I watched him install the windows and he answered all of my questions with patience. He unfortunately had to work by himself after his worker, Kris didn't show up for a few days. Josh didn't complain and just kept working hard. I am very happy with Henderson and Daughter and Josh Kaiser. I highly recommend them."

First with the estimate, which came 2 days after I was told I would have it. and after the work on my sliding door was finished, they were supposed to get back to me on whether or not they could find new wheels for the door. "We got 4 bids for our project and Charles bid was right in the middle of the pack. He had a 9 month lead time when we hired him and we had to put 25% down to hold our spot. It was radio silence for the next eight months which was little disconcerting. I actually texted him 6 months in just to make sure he hadn’t run off with our money (he hadn’t). If you want someone to talk you through each step and hold your hand you should probably look elsewhere. If you want a respectful and knowledgeable professional who takes great pride in his work, then look no further. Once our turn came he was very patient with us and spent as much time as we needed to pick out tile and fixtures, taking us from store to store. He also worked around our schedule to begin work on our son’s bathroom while our son was out of the country to minimize disruption. He has a great relationship with his sub-contractors who always showed up when he said they would and stayed until their job was done (almost midnight for one part!). On our project, Charles right hand man was Justyn, who more that makes up for Charles’ lack of communication. Justyn was very personable and considerate. He never made us feel like a question was a bother and seemed to actually enjoy answering them. Justyn was worth his weight in gold. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, Charles had to lean quite heavily on Justyn during our project, but he was more than up to the task. We had one light fixture that took almost 3 months to ship. When they came to install it, about 2 months after everything else was completed, we gave him a list of minor issues that caught our eyes during the wait and Charles arranged for them all to get fixed without batting an eyelash."

"From the first meeting in the showroom to months after completion of the project when we'd call about minor issues, everything was outstanding. Steve and Vitaliy were tremendous throughout the process. Although we went into the project with the intent of solely replacing the flooring, we quickly realized that the prices were going to allow us to refinish the kitchen (at a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen) and add flooring in the bathroom and laundry room. Avenues made several trips to our house for measurements and discussion prior to beginning the project. They were there throughout the entire project overseeing the work and answering questions and concerns. Vitaliy has an incredible talent for finding what works best in the house. Once the project was completed, Avenues made several trips to our house to make sure that we were satisfied.
Once the project started, any unexpected issues were brought to our attention. Things that other contractors would have ignored or would have agreed to address for a significant upcharge were addressed professionally and without significant cost to us. Items that needed to be replaced (including flooring) were completed immediately.
We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. While the quality of the product and installation were both excellent, the service we received was outstanding. We've never had an issue that's not been satisfactorily addressed.
They will be the first call I make for our next project.

"ASHER KING AND LAURYN DAVIDSON CAME TO OUR HOME TO HELP ME CHOSE WHICH PATIO DOOR I WANTED IN THE MASTER BEDROOM. I AM DISABLED BY CRIPPLING PAIN AND DUE TO TWO BROKEN HERRINGTON RODS IN MY BACK HAVE TO SIT AND WALK MY WHEELCHAIR. THEY MADE SURE THERE WOULD BE ROOM FOR ME TO NAVIGATE THE DOOR AND LET ME KNOW THE DOOR WOULD NEED A RAMP OVER THE TRACK FOR HELPING THE CHAIR GO OVER. IN FACT, THEY SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME TO THE DOOR I WOULD NEED. WE DISCUSSED PROBLEMS THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE MET TO REPLACE MY OLD PATIO DOOR. BOTH THE SALESPEOPLE WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE COMPANY THEY WORK FOR, THE INSURANCE, AND THE PROCESS THAT GOES INTO MAKING THE DOOR. THEY WERE VERY INTO THE HISTORY OF DABELLA, AND HAD NONE OF THE TIRED REPEATING THE SAME OLD THING MOST SALESPEOPLE HAVE. THEY WERE VERY INTO DABELLA LIKE THEY WERE INDEED SECOND FAMILY. AFTER SPENDING AN AFTERNOON WITH THESE SWEET PEOPLE I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET THE DOOR BECAUSE OF THE VA GUIDELINES WHICH SAY I HAVE TO HAVE GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR THE DOOR AND MY PLUMBING IN ORDER TO USE MY VA GRANT. THEY DIDN'T EVEN BLINK TWICE. THEY REALLY ARE NICE PEOPLE. AND THEY DO KNOW THEIR BUSINESS. I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ANYTIME."
