They start by covering all the floors by taping down heavy-duty brown kraft paper. Then they patch every imperfection in the ceiling and walls that they find. They even shine flashlights on the ceiling and walls to find these imperfections. Then they scrub down the walls with a giant dry mop-head. Next, they clean the baseboard moldings with a brush.
