The proposal from B&A was in line with metal roofing costs published in architect's cost estimating publications. The proposals from the other two contractors were much higher. I awarded the job to B&A and observed as the crew did the work correctly according to industry guidelines. The crew was also very polite, friendly and well-behaved. Since completion of the work we have had massive rainfall and I have experienced no leaks or other problems. I plan to use B&A for additional projects at our homestead, notably our workshop building which stands near the house, and a garage which I have yet to build."
