"0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are master manipulators and have no sympathy for their customers or the community. They do not list their prices online. Prices are based on an "estimate" but it's a flat rate price. I only needed a box spring removed and they asked for $189 dollars. Earlier that day on the phone, I was told the service should cost $25 dollars, this is why I continued with the appointment. I told the team that there's been a misunderstanding and they did nothing. I reached out to management which lead to a phone call from Keith. He said there's nothing they can do about the miscommunication. He was not understanding to my situation. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I know junk removal is hard but this place is a complete scam."
