"Okay, so Phase One is completed as of this writing. <br /> I called on a Wednesday for an estimate, late in the afternoon. By Friday, the arborist had been by the house. Silly me to omit one letter of my e-mail address, or I would have had the estimate via e-mail on Friday. <br /> No problem, a written estimate was in the mail on Monday. <br /> With the help of Angie's list members comments, and a few word of mouth comments from some of my customers, I accepted the proposal. <br /> Since I was at work when the crew arrived, my neighbors commented they weren't too loud and appeared to be very skilled. <br /> I arrived home from work and everything was finished. The yard was totally cleaned up, both front and back. <br /> One unstated concern I had was the mess that would be left in the pool after dragging tree limbs around the house to the front. I was very happy to see that I had less than a handful in the pool. Now weather they cleaned up the floaters, or not I'm not sure. But I was very happy with the outcome. <br /> As Phase Two is completed, I'll update this as necessary. <br />"

"Fred, the Rep. for the company was prompt. I took him on a tour of what I most wanted done and asked questions about several things that I was thinking of for the house, garage and outside. He was polite and took his time in checking out every inch and gave me suggestions and explained what they could do as far as lawn and my flower beds. We talked and laughed about my lack of knowledge of keeping the lawn and flowers at their best. He left and gave me plenty of time to read over all the materials he had left with his cell phone number for any questions I might have later. What was most impressive to me was that I made all the decisions on what I wanted done  and was able to talk to him about thoses decisions with complete satisfaction and no pressure. I was even told that at any time I could change or add a treatment when I wanted to.  Decisions made, appointments set up and kept on time, work very professional and a call from the office for next appointment and to make sure everything went well. Could not ask for better service that works."
