"Fantastic work! Initial exterior painting in 2011 was done flawlessly and still looks good except that the front of my home acquired some water damage due to improperly installed gutter. Mr. Lee was very helpful in identifying the problem. He also gave some excellent suggestions regarding water stains and pooling on my property. After getting the water problems fixed, I went ahead and had House Painting repaint the front of my house, and touch up some interior areas. The crew was fantastic for both jobs. There was a very professional foreman, Johnny, who was there every day. He went over the plans and the progress each day. For both exterior and interior, the crew was meticulous in protecting surrounding areas from dust or paint and for the clean up. These are professionals who take their time to prep surfaces properly and let them dry before painting. Could not be more pleased in all aspects of their work and will certainly call upon this company for any painting in the future."

"Rick Jamison Painting is a great job painting the exterior of my 2-story, 2,200-square foot home. I requested estimates from a total of 3 painters that were all highly rated on Angi's. Rick Jamison Painting was by far the most responsive to my scope of work. Rick Jamison himself came out twice personally to discuss the details of my project during the bidding process. Jordan was the project manager and estimator and kept me informed throughout the process. Mario was the lead painter and showed great attention to detail and was clearly experienced at his craft. They even fixed my wooden gate as part of the project. They were not the least expensive bidder but I chose them because I felt they knew their stuff, paid attention to the details, and would do a high quality job (which they did)."

"It went exceptionally well! We discussed a price, within minutes the house was pressure cleaned, then a day later his crew showed up, made the necessary trim and stucco repairs, they removed the chipping paint and painted the trim and two story house in one day. The paint is thick and rich, the trim gleams. James White and his team did an excellent job. Neighbors liked it so much, four neighbors had him do their homes. The neighborhood looks great! "I am writing this review for two jobs George Parks Roofing and Painting completed at my home in Los Angeles. The first was complete roof replacement – something I knew was on the horizon for some time … our roof was 20 + years old and we finally got a leak in December 2019. At the time of our leak, we were in a tough spot… rains were a bit relentless and more was to come. We called a few roofers and got only their answering machines. We called George and he immediately responded and within an hour came over to our house to assess the damage. At that time, he told me what was likely needed and how we could patch the leak, but I knew more rains were coming and I pushed to have the leak patched at that moment. George thought about it for a minute, then asked me where the nearest Home Depot was -- that he would be back within the hour. He came back and patched up our roof – not just the area with the leak, but everywhere… He warned me at that time that this would not be a ‘fix’ but a patch and that I would likely need my entire roof replaced at some point in the near future (it was time). I was more than grateful – AND his patch got us through the remainder of the rainy season. Recently (April) I gave George another call and said we were ready to do a full roof replacement and also wanted to paint the exterior of our house. George immediately responded, showed up to our house (in full COVID-19 protective mask and gloves), gave me an estimate overall. I knew George ran a tight ship reading many reviews on Angie’s list, elsewhere. AND I had not forgotten how he saved our butts in December - knew from that experience that George would take care of business. Our roof was entirely replaced in 2 days (1600 + sq.ft house), exterior painting took 2.5 days… both crews were highly-professional, thoughtful, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing – vetted craftsmen. During the painting process, I realized that I had given George the wrong info on paint color (!) – he essentially dropped what he was doing and met me at Home Depot to be sure we got the right stuff together so there was no additional confusion or delay. I was in constant communication with George via texting or phone call, he kept me up-to-date regarding the projects and easily answered any questions I had. We had several conversations over the course of the work week regarding attention to detail, quality of work, hiring the right people, on and on. George is a busy guy, but someone who cares greatly about not only efficiency, but quality. These are factors you cannot ignore when you are seeking to have strangers work on your home. My wife and I are immensely pleased with the results. This was not necessarily a bargain or discounted cost, but we paid a reasonable price for what we received – highly knowledgeable, experienced work which was orchestrated efficiently and thoughtfully. You get what you pay for – we got great work by excellent craftsmen."

"Picking a contractor can be stressful. Referrals, online research, getting estimates. And there's no way to know for sure if you've made the right choice until the job starts, and by then you've likely signed the contract and put down your hard-earned deposit money. I had several companies out for an exterior painting estimate, and ultimately settled on Anytime House Painting. The owner, John, provided a low-key, thoughtful explanation of what was needed, what it would cost, and what I could expect if I went with them. He offered a very reasonable price with no high pressure sales pitch. I had read the online reviews, which were all good, but there are a lot of companies out there with good reviews. Ultimately, what made the difference was that John mentioned they were a family-run business. It wasn't part of the sales pitch, it just came up in response to my questions. I guess anyone could say that (though none of the other estimators did), and it may or may not be important to the quality of the work, but in this case, I think it made a difference. When they started the job, it was John's father who showed up to supervise the crew, and he was there every day until the job was completed. The house had not been painted for awhile, which meant there was extensive prep work. While that was being done, John came back more than once with sample colors until I got just the right combination, because the really do look different once they're actually on the house. The crew was on time every day, went about their business without disturbing me (I work from home), and performed above and beyond all expectations. I cannot recommend them more highly. The last time the house was painted, I did it myself. This time, I left it to the professionals. Anytime House Painting. It was a good decision."
