"Wali and his family were very friendly, professional, and offered a fair price. However, the job felt rushed and the preparation was lacking. While they removed most outlet covers, they didn?t use tape and only partially covered the floors. They missed several spots, especially where the walls meet the ceiling, and I found paint on mirrors, toilets, floors, baseboards, and other areas. I pointed these issues out before completion and was told they would come back if needed validating that they were in a rush. I reached out to schedule, they said early March and never showed up. Instead, they contacted me about another project, which was disappointing. My home is a new build, and I was hoping to keep that clean look, but now I have to fix what was done. "Excellent company. The owner Mario was courteous, responded in a timely manner, was easy to get hold of, answered all of our questions, and provided an estimate quickly. His estimate was in line with others we got, not too high or low. He provided his license and insurance documents. There were some additions I requested to be made to my contract and Mario took care of those quickly. He and his crew arrived daily at the time they said and worked full days. The crew were courteous and kept the area clean during the whole paint job. Also, Mario was at the job frequently to supervise. The pressure cleaning, repair, priming, and paint job are excellent. We've gotten many compliments. We will use this company again."

"I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. I paid $650 for a permit back in September, yet the permit was not actually submitted until December 18. During that time, I was falsely told I needed to pay an additional $133 city fee. I later created my own city account and confirmed that the only fee ever paid on the permit was $133, proving that information was incorrect. I was also told I needed to sign an affidavit for the permit. I signed it and left it with them, but they never submitted it to the city, forcing me to go myself and pay another $134 out of pocket just to move things forward. On top of that, I gave them a $3,000 rush check for fence materials, yet the permit still was not in place. Recently, they told me they would be coming to dig the fence holes after I clearly explained that a city inspector was scheduled to meet me on-site to sign off on the permit and inspect the holes. I arrived to find that no holes were done, leaving me"
