They led me to believe I had switched from an annual agreement to a month-to-month contract, providing them with additional months to improve their services and my lawn. After six more months of trying to give them a chance to improve, I finally decided to terminate my supposed month-to-month service. However, they then claimed I was never on a month-to-month agreement but was instead locked into an annual contract and demanded payment for a full 12 months of awful service. When I refused to pay, they sent me to a collections agency. Save your money, lawn, and time—avoid this fraudulent company at all costs!! Do yourself a favor and seek out another service. I have since reported them to the BBB."

"***BEWARE***Last week while I was traveling for work, my wife noticed the smell of a dead animal coming from our daughters room. Critter Control was contact and came out. The Consultant forced my wife to pay IN FULL $2,500 or he would not remove the animal. Part of the charges was something called "Full Exclusion Repairs". Listed in scope of work was a bunch of work that WAS NOT completed. This is some of the most unscrupulous business practices I have ever seen as long as I have lived in South Florida. They flat out lied about the work performed and took advantage of desperate mother."

"Well I hire truly Nolan so they can take care the ants and roach problems that I noticed in my house, they promptly came and did a free inspection and they identified the problem. They promised me that they will do aggressive treatment and they even going to spray the out side of the house so they will create a barrier, and will came weekly if need it. Well that was a false promise few days later the technician came an hour late from the time frame and to make matters worst he only spray for 15 minutes and left, something that I can do myself, he didn’t put any traps or baits nothing he didn’t even spray outside as I was promised, that was my first impression and he told me he will be back in two weeks I told him that the guys who did the first inspection told me weekly he said it’s no need and they not technicians they are just salesperson and they don’t know better, well After few day call back to the office because i didn’t see no progress they told me it’s normal to don’t see any progress on first month and they will see me back in two weeks, well that not what they sold me on but I let this one go after two weeks my time frame was from 11-1 pm the office call me 12:30 pm to tell me technician was sick and he didn’t work today I was so furious because i took time off from work, just be home for him! and told her you call me 30 minutes before the time frame ends to tell me he didn’t make it to work what kind of company it’s these !!! no respect for customers time, I’m not mad that he is sick I’m mad that you call me at 12:30 pm to tell me no one it’s gonna make it that’s when I decided enough it’s enough and said cancel the service. One week pass the branch manager call me and said that he was sorry he will send me a different technician and from now one service will be better another false promise in fact they sent a different technician these did a little more than the last one came on time and for the first time i was happy with only exception that these only work on the kitchen and bathroom I told him that I noticed ants in my office and he said it’s no need to spray that he will spray the outside he did put traps and baits and stay for at least 45 minutes he told me he will be back in two weeks and he scheduled me for Friday time frame 9-11 am and the office will call me back I never received that phone call so I decided to call the office the day before the appointment to verify and told me that they don’t have me on their schedule and next available will be next Friday I was like cancel the service I had it with you guys well they manager call me back and told that they new secretary was new and she messed up couple appointments and I was one of them he said will keep it for tomorrow but the time frame it’s 11-1 pm well again i to time off from work again 1 pm hits and I call the office they told me he was on his way 2 pm hits I call the office and they told me they couldn’t reach him but to be patience because my house was next I told them I was patience enough and this it I’m done with guys cancel my service I’m going back to work the technician text at 2:45 pm telling me he was 20 away I just laughed the office didn’t even told him that I cancel my service these got to be the must disorganized company ever well after these I call Orkin I saw the difference they are in time and the technician hit every where in house he even pull appliances and couch they are a lil more expensive but it worth every penny and only hours you can see the difference"
